Chef Amber’s Halibut Recipe

Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut by Chef Amber Kitka
Recipe created for four 5-ounce potions of halibut
Ingredients
1 c. of chopped, toasted macadamia nuts
¼ c. panko crumbs
½ c. flour
2 eggs
Kosher salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350º F.
Dredge the halibut pieces in a bowl of flour, salt and pepper, mixed to taste.
Dunk flour-covered halibut in bowl of the whisked eggs.
Mix chopped macadamia nuts and panko crumb. Press mixture onto the halibut pieces and lay on a baking sheet.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until slightly firm.
